Facilities Reservation Request

Snow Springs Baptist Church is the perfect place to host your ceremony, reception, engagement dinner, small meeting, or birthday party! The Fellowship Hall comfortably holds up to 100 guests with access to a playground.

Snow Springs Baptist Church buildings and groups are TOBACCO FREE. Alcohol and illegal substances are NOT ALLOWED on Church property. All meetings must uphold and maintain a Christian principal.

There is no fee for events sponsored by Snow Springs Baptist Church, the Sunday School class, the Youth class, or the Ladies Circle. Example: Ladies Circle hosting a shower for someone in the church.

ANY EVENT not hosted by the Ladies Circle, a Sunday School class, or directly by the Church must meet the following requirements:

  • Event must be held for a Snow Springs Church member or their immediate family member.

  • The Church facilities cannot be reserved for a different family member, a neighbor, or for a friend. The church reserves the right to deny the reservation request if the reservation does not meet the guidelines.

Fees are based on 4 hours / 1 day as follows:

  • Non-church member: Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary - $150.

  • Non-church member: Fellowship Hall - $75.

  • Church member: Fellowship Hall - $50.

NOTE: If day before the event is needed for setting up - $25 additional fee.

Fees charged are to assist with the power bill (lighting, heat/air) and insurance. Fees DO NOT cover plastic utensils, paper plates, napkins, or other disposable items found in the kitchen.

You are responsible for respectful use of the facility, which includes:

  • moving tables and chairs back to the original configuration prior to the event (recommend taking a photo of table and chair original placement)

  • providing own plastic utensils, paper plates, napkins, cups, decorations, and other disposable items.

  • washing any dishes used

  • sweeping floors

  • wiping all counters and tables

  • ensuring restrooms are tidy

  • no food left in the refrigerator or freezer

  • emptying trash cans and removing trash from church property

  • turn off all lights

  • locking the bottom locks of all doors.

The facilities manager will turn off the heat/air units.
