We are seeking a Lead Pastor with a heart for family ministry to guide our congregation with a biblical vision and strategy, serving as the primary expositor in preaching God's Word. The Lead Pastor will collaborate with the elders to implement a family-focused vision, oversee ministries that equip parents and nurture children and youth, and pray for the congregation. This role involves leading worship services, guiding the staff to fulfill our mission, and raising up leaders to use their spiritual gifts to serve families in God's church.
